Your memory
Labtagon AI OS can remember what matters from your conversations, so that you do not have to say it again: your role, a customer’s systems, a decision from last week. What it remembers about you is yours to read, change and forget.
Where you see it
Section titled “Where you see it”In a chat, the brain button in the header opens Your personal memory. It shows the latest memories, and older ones below:
- Search it finds a memory by what it says.
- Something to remember adds one yourself.
- Each memory has Change and Forget, and you can mark it Confirmed, Disputed or Outdated.
The next answers read your memory as it is there. When the chat keeps or reads something, its steps say so.
Forgetting
Section titled “Forgetting”Forget moves a memory, with its sources and comments, to the bin. It waits there for a while (30 days by default) and can be restored under Knowledge → Bin in Studio; then it is deleted for good. Nothing in the bin is searched or recalled.
When nothing is remembered
Section titled “When nothing is remembered”Memory belongs to a profile: the chat’s memory is the memory of its profile Chat.
- Memory for this profile under the profile’s Capabilities switches it on or off. Off: the assistants of that profile keep and recall nothing.
- Recall in chats (under Configure): before an answer, what the memory knows about the question is put in front of the model. Off, the chat still searches its memory when it chooses to.
- Your organisation decides whether memory is offered at all, and may set that memories nobody recalled for a number of days are forgotten.
If the pane says No memory is kept for you here., memory is off for this chat.
Shared knowledge
Section titled “Shared knowledge”Besides your own, there are memory spaces shared with a team, and wikis that AI keeps up. How they work, and who reads and writes them, is in Memory spaces.
